Notes for organisers

Date: Wednesday [except December] after the first Sunday in the month to be the norm

Time:   10.15 am to 11.45 am

Proceeds: To Church or the Charity/Fund that is organising the event

Stalls:   At the discretion of the organisers

Staff:   Provided by the organisers

Provisions: Tea, coffee etc supplied from Church stock with a standard payment of 10% of the gross takings [maximum £5.00]

Advertising: Strongly recommended: posters/handbills for Circuit/South Cliff Churches, Church weekly notices, advanced ticket selling.  Expenses for these items to be paid for from takings

Variations from the norm are acceptable provided that the organisers arrange to publicise the event [and emphasise any changes] through the notice sheet and advert[s].
